Time for Courage (yet again!)

Dr. Weeks’ Comment:   Duc, Sequere at ex via discede Vale, lacerate!  (Lead, Follow or Get out of the Way” is good advice in any situation.

I grew up driving in Boston, where the world’s most talented drivers enjoy the sport, and in Boston, people never dawdle in the left lane, clueless to the rules of common decency let alone the rules of common sense! They move to the right and allow the faster traffic to speed past them seeking to elude the traffic officers in hot pursuit.

But getting back to courage and to taking action or getting out of the way – three cheers to Dr. Shira Miller, DO who has led the way and created a forum of colleagues who are committed to ensuring full informed consent for their patients.  Check out her website:  www.physiciansforinformedconsent.org
