Dr. Weeks’ Comment: vitamin D helps lower risk of flu and its side effect is to reduce falling in the elderly and hence broken hips. I like that as a side-effect. (especially compared to the mercury laden flu vaccine side effects of neurotoxicity and paralysis with vaccine induced Guillaine Barre disease). We don’t consider 700-1000 [...]

Dr. Weeks Comment: For years, the only scientifically validated anti-aging medicine was eating less “caloric restriction”. The the use of the drug Cimetidine (off-label) was shown to prolong life (by lowering blood sugar) and now another old drug helps prolong life. “Centisible” medicine is often off-label.
