Dr. Weeks’ Comment: My friend and colleague Dr. Robert Rowen, M.D. went to Africa to teach ozone therapy and help cure ebola in Sierra Leone and, even though he was personally invited by SL’s president, the medical industrial complex which feeds on renewable sales of drugs and hates inexpensive treatments which make drugs unnecessary – like ozone – shut him down.
Here’s Dr. Rowen’s Facebook page where he describes his experience there:

Here is a letter I was sent written to a Church in Sierra Leone drafted October 24, 2014
By the time you hear this, I will be back in the USA. This letter is not only from me, but I am sure from Dr. Robins who, as I write this, is home.
We had a very busy and exhausting week with your hero Dr. Kojo Carew. He exceeded all our expectations. However, your government did not. We were put through test after test, meeting after meeting regarding the use of the safest therapy in the world – ozone therapy. No “medicine”, inclusive of aspirin or Tylenol has a safety record even close. We know that ozone can cure most any infection, viral or bacterial. It made real sense to apply it to ebola, which has a rather dismal prognosis – even in your best center, a 60% death rate.
We met with your incredible and open minded President, who himself decided to experience ozone. I think that is huge, since he knew his People might soon be using it, so he stood out first.
We also saw the attitude of prominent SL doctors transformed after our talks and after experiencing ozone themselves. (Many of them experienced INSTANT relief of long-term pain with ozone injection, now shown on my you tube channel). Most interestingly, your health ministry shunned our talks. And, they NEVER came to talk with me about the therapy. These are the very people charged with your life in this crisis.
On Wednesday, we made it to the ebola chief, Palo Konteh. He seemed very receptive to our mission. He asked, “So why is this not being done here already?” We thought we passed the last hurdle, but alas that was not to be. We arrived in the Hastings treatment center the following day. We presented what we planned to the staff; they saw the videos of those doctors we treated and the fantastic INSTANT results in pain relief. They were sold and lined up for Dr. Carew to treat to help protect them. While this was going on, a call came in from the health ministry telling the major in charge, “if you want to keep your job you will not permit any ozone treatments in the center.” It was one of the most horrible experiences of my life.
A cadre of people who were informed by Dr. Kojo, and who deliberately chose to shun our talks and our work, decided for you that this must be an experiment on SL citizens and that you would be used as guinea pigs. As if the ebola virus itself is not akin to a commandant at a Nazi concentration camp machine-gunning victims at will. In this case, the ministry stands behind the criminal with a bludgeon and does not take him out. To me, that makes them accomplices to the murders. This time it’s not a human murderer, it’s a lethal virus, and those entrusted with your lives are allowing your lives to be lost. They are standing by as hundreds of your kin die and time is of the ultimate essence to save each life. If I see a gunman mowing down people, I have a duty to take him out immediately, not take it before committee after committee of nose pickers wasting government money on meetings rather than mowing down the culprit itself as ozone mows down viruses and bacteria.
The order not to treat, in my opinion, was CRIME AGAINT HUMANITY. To me, your country has been transformed once again. No longer is it the land of BLOOD DIAMONDS. It is now the land of EBOLA BLOOD DONATION MONEY, as people with vested interests in receiving billions in aid to properly dig graves, burn bodies, get rid of the remains of people without dignity, etc., prefer to plead to the world for yet more money which won’t be used to actually save the lives of those infected, or protect those on the front lines. It will be rather be used for purposes of attempting to slow the plague rather than eliminate it from your midst. Pharmaceutical blood money will be poured out, as corporate giants with billions to gain from this crisis, would like to see nothing more than a patentable procedure provide some semblance of solution. We came without any vested financial interest in this therapy, which will cost most probably, far less than $100 per person to bring to cure. The idiot Ngaugah is more interested in protecting his 120,000 USD (which he requested from the World Bank, I got this by confirmation from the World Bank) per year salary (more than I make at this time) than in saving lives. This is the same as the merely Pharmaceutical whores “pharming” Americans for profit. And this fool was a former taxi driver in the US, now costing lives. This fool is pharming international donations for his own sake. How dastardly.
I was accused of wanting to experiment on your people. Will the vaccines, now in development, serums from recovered people, which might harbor other viral diseases, or new synthetic drugs not be an experiment on your people? Yet those behind these methods stand to make billions if not more, while ozone costs next to nothing, has no risk, and likely can cure it quickly. Sadly many more will have to die due to people who prefer power and control, and handling unbelievable sums of money over lives. And this morning, Dr. Carew received a call from the foreign minister who saw the show and begged Kojo to treat himself and family for prophylaxis. What an example of government arrogance. Let people infected suffer and die a horrible death, while the govt. official sucks the treatment to protect himself and family from getting it in the first place.
I return to the USA a better man for having tried than not tried at all, for having met some incredibly brave and saintly people that I will remember forever, and for having introduced the finest doctor in your land, Kojo Carew to a miracle therapy given to us by the Creator, not by a drug company. I will be sure to share all this information with my people. Perhaps it will make international news.
I commend your President highly. Sadly, many great men are kept from truth by those around them who have personal and ulterior motives in their positions of power, even to the point of permitting death. In my country, many people stood by while drugs killed people before pulling them off the market. Corporations were convicted of great crimes in these matters. Yet you can’t send a corporation to jail. You can always fine it, while real people made the actual decisions.
I gave up 4 weeks of my life for this trip and put my life in danger. And in the end, neither the person responsible for the government invitation nor anyone else in government has even had the courtesy to thank Dr. Robins and me for coming. All I can say is “for shame”. You will now have Liberia perhaps taking the lead in actually eradicating the disease and saving lives. What will the people here think, knowing it was brought here first? What might be the repercussions? I would not want to be here. There was no risk to this, no downside. You have a 60% death rate. What was there to lose? President Koroma could have become an international hero.
I wish you all well in these frightening and totally uncertain times. I commend your bravery. I understand your need for hope (now dashed by your self serving officials). I pray that Dr. Carew will be able to reopen his hospital for ebola victims using ozone therapy to save their lives and ozone disinfection to protect his staff, and protect himself from government interference. And I wish the government of Liberia well and congratulate them on taking on Dr. Carew with ozone to help eliminate the scourge from their land.
Demonstrating this will change the world quickly, and embarrass ministers and governments alike for placing policy, procedure and money over lives. Perhaps then we will enter a new era of medicine, and the people will sack their leaders for new ones who place the people first above all else.
Please join me in this prayer.
Most respectfully,
Robert Rowen, MD
