The Master Cleanse.

Mix equal amounts of fresh lemon juice and maple syrup in water with a generous dash of cayenne. Delish. Very filling. I was on this cleanse twice last fall for 10 days each. That’s all I had. Never felt so energetic and happy. Lost 20 lbs. Going on it again soon.

I make a pint of the lemonade at a time.

1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup of maple syrup

ice

water

mix it up with a tsp of cayenne
