Soy helps cancer (eat non-GMO, organic though)

Doctors at the Shanghai University Medical School assessed the
risk of lung cancer exerted by soy consumption by reviewing
data from epidemiological studies and published their
results in the November, 2011 issue of the American Journal
of Clinical Nutrition.

Here is what they found:

“A significantly inverse association was shown between soy intake
and lung cancer…”

Researchers concluded:

“Our findings indicate that the consumption of soy food is
associated with lower lung cancer risk.”
